Click on your county or one near you to find a convenient program.
The program is only available to broward county residents.
If you are approved you will receive a voucher that can be redeemed at the hsbc by making an appointment.
After you have added your pet, you will want to scroll down to the “available programs” section of the webportal and click the blue, “enroll in snip”, option under the snip status.
To be eligible for spay/neuter surgery, kittens must be at least 2 pounds or 8 weeks of age.
